Bill Palladino

Senior Leadership Consultant/Trainer

Bill Palladino is Senior Leadership Consultant/Trainer for International Thought Leader Network (ITLN).  In this role Bill provides direct training, coaching, and consulting services to ITLN clients using a broad canvas of systems and processes designed by some of the world’s most renowned thought leaders. Bill offers over 20 years of experience in business management, with proven versatility across many business sectors providing counsel on aspects of competitive strategy. He is known for his ability to identify and implement new product, service and process innovations that support business growth, and change initiatives. He is lead trainer and instructional designer for authors and thought leaders including futurist Joel Barker, change guru John Kotter, innovation thought leaders Vijay Govindarajan and Chris Trimble.

While with ITLN he has specialized in the fields of health systems management, education, and community economic development. His strengths are as a trainer, presenter, and speaker, bringing to the podium a unique ability to make complex ideas gracefully simple while keeping audiences engaged.

Prior to working with ITLN Bill ran his consulting firm KRIOS Consulting, based out of Traverse City, Michigan.  He created this firm to further his work with businesses, communities, and governments.   KRIOS specializes in providing strategic planning, organizational & leadership development, and meeting facilitation expertise using a broad collection of methodologies and tools.  He also has a long history working with businesses while wearing a government hat in two roles as Regional Director of the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center, (SBTDC), and Economic Development Specialist with the Northwest Michigan Council of Governments.  He is well known in Michigan and the U.S. as a presenter and consultant.

Originally trained as a journalist, he has won several awards for his documentary and news reporting, and in 1990 was awarded a travel and study fellowship through the Jerome Foundation to investigate audio as an art form.  His varied roles as a reporter, producer and manager in public broadcasting, included six years with Minnesota Public Radio providing production support to A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor.   Bill uses his media and journalism experience as a foundation for his consulting, facilitation, training and speaking work.

Bill is often called upon as a guest lecturer in leadership at colleges and universities including: Univ. of Notre Dame Executive MBA program, Western Illinois Univ. PhD. program in educational leadership, and the Univ. of Florida – Gainesville. He is also an occasional instructor at Northwestern Michigan College where he teaches business and entrepreneurial development.
